Volunteer Opportunity: Cool Youth Center Tutor

Duties:

• Work directly with participating youth.
• Tutor students in academic areas based on the students needs.
• Supervise the students in a classroom setting and assist the Youth Center Staff.

Responsibilities:

• Participate in scheduled program activities at the COOL Youth Center.
• Identify and refer students in need of additional academic, emotional, or physical help to the COOL
• Youth Center’s Program Director (George Powell) or Resource Director (Tracey Jeffrey).
• Sign in when you arrive at the COOL Youth Center.
• Coordinate with Center Director (George Powell) on any and all activities or contacts you would want to have with students outside of scheduled program time.
